Speciality materials used by Kraly Construction

IPE

"Ipe" (pronounced "ee-pay") is a premium type of Brazilian hardwood that is renowned for its stunning brown and amber hues. Additionally, it has a high density, which gives it superior performance compared to other exterior wood alternatives. However, it's worth noting that Ipe decking can be quite expensive.

Thermally treated pine and ash

Thermal modification is a process that involves using heat to extract organic compounds from wood cells. This results in a wood that does not absorb water, expand, contract or provide food for insects and fungi. The high temperature creates a naturally durable wood that is extremely resistant to water, insects, and decay.

Composite decking

Composite boards are a type of decking material that are made from a combination of natural and synthetic materials. They offer several advantages over traditional wooden decks, including resistance to rot, warping, and splintering, making them ideal for areas with high foot traffic. This makes composite decking a great choice for outdoor spaces that are exposed to moisture, such as those near a pool or that receive a lot of use.

Regal railing systems

Regal Railing is a premium aluminium railing system that is highly durable. All Regal components and parts are made of 100% pure high-strength aluminium with a premium UV powder coat finish, ensuring that they can last for years to come. In terms of safety and durability, Regal Railing sets a new standard in the industry.

Douglas Fir and cedar lumber

Douglas Fir is a type of softwood that's very tough and resilient, making it a popular choice for construction projects all over the world. It can stand up to harsh weather conditions and is durable and strong. Cedar is another type of wood that's often used for decking and housing. It's also very strong and can resist rot, decay, and insect damage. Plus, it doesn't absorb moisture, which means it lasts longer, requires less maintenance, and is less likely to warp or split.

Steel wall and roof cladding

Buildings with steel cladding are designed to protect against harsh weather conditions. They are made of a material that improves the building's stability and defends it from temperature changes, wind, water absorption, sunlight, and pollution. Steel cladding is an excellent choice to ensure that the building remains strong and secure.
